Job summary

Roskam Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Procurement professional to streamline supplier onboarding, item master data, and PO administration. You will work with ERP systems to ensure data readiness for commercialization and support sourcing activities across projects and budgets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to procurement policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1–4 years in purchasing or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers and ensure records meet compliance.
• Onboard new items into procurement and ERP with data readiness.
• Create and track purchase orders for projects, capital expenditures and operational needs.
• Collect supplier/product data for reporting, spend analysis, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement to source quotations and maintain documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows and data quality.
• Maintain supplier agreements and document retention.
