Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Associate Procurement Program Manager to lead multiple procurement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute productivity and continuous improvement plans. You will monitor progress, escalate issues, and support supplier rationalization and delivery improvements across the Trane Supply network.

Based in La Crosse, WI or Davidson, NC, the role requires 5+ years in related fields or a relevant degree plus experience, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in procurement, engineering, project management, quality, finance, and/or operations, or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes at operational and leadership levels.
• Ability to think independently, multi-task, anticipate issues and follow through.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong influencing and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple procurement projects with cross-functional teams and standard work.
• Monitor projects, update status, remove roadblocks, escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate supplier rationalization, quality and delivery improvement initiatives.
• Align commodity strategies with Product Growth and Supply teams.
• Forecast and report procurement financial metrics, support annual operating plan.
