Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking an Associate Procurement Program Manager to drive multiple procurement projects across cross-functional teams, from charter to implementation, focusing on productivity and continuous improvement. You will monitor progress, address blockers, and escalate issues as needed while aligning strategy with Product Growth Teams and Sector Growth Teams.

Based in La Crosse, WI or Davidson, NC, you will coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Materials teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, engineering, project management, quality, finance, and/or operations; or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes at an operational and leadership level.
• Proven ability to plan pro-actively, anticipate issues and have excellent problem resolution records with little or no input or assistance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple procurement projects with cross-functional teams to implement productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Materials Teams to develop strategies supporting Product Growth Teams and Supply BU.
• Forecast and report procurement financial metrics including productivity and inflation.
• Lead supplier rationalization, quality and delivery improvement projects.
• Ensure alignment of commodity strategies with product growth requirements and company goals.
