Qualifications

• Advanced education, training, and/or experience in contract administration, accounting, procurement, project management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multifaceted projects.
• Exceptional written communication and technical writing skills related to contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop contractual agreements including required language and budget reviews.
• Procure behavioral health services, construct contracts, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with OBH, DHHS, and other state agencies to ensure successful implementation.
