Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist for the Procurement Center of Excellence in Boston or Springfield, MA. You will drive process improvements, design training content, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve procurement outcomes.

You will partner with procurement leadership to maximize efficiency, develop knowledge assets, and coach teams on best practices. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and measurable impact within a mutual company setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, training, business analysis, or management consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to support the needs of the organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement or related fields, preferably with procurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning content and train employees to maximize results.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned to procurement objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support creation and maintenance of KPI scorecards and knowledge sharing materials.
