You’ll translate needs into end-to-end designs and guide adoption from discovery through stabilization, partnering with technology, risk, and finance to deliver measurable value.

Formación

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in process-engineering, transformation, or operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end process design for future-state solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and finance teams to realize value.
• Monitor process health and drive continuous improvement.
• Integrate automation, data, and AI where appropriate.
