Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in PM/BA/reporting roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects.
• Manage multiple projects with scoping, planning, milestones, and risk management.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across Procurement and Compliance.
• Design dashboards and reports to track procurement performance and compliance.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across time zones.
