Paysafe is seeking a Senior Procurement Operations Specialist to drive spend reporting, analytics, and governance within our global procurement ecosystem. You will collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficient workflows, and compliant processes.

The role emphasizes data integrity, dashboard-ready reporting, template governance, and training delivery. This hybrid position offers a path to senior impact in a multinational payments company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required.
• 4–7 years of procurement operations, spend reporting, analytics, or related experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency a plus; familiarity with procurement systems (P2P/ERP) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and interpret recurring and ad hoc spend reports, highlighting anomalies and data quality issues.
• Support documentation and ongoing optimisation of procurement workflows, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key contributor for procurement documentation, repositories, templates, and training materials.
• Develop complex data preparation and logic to support spend analysis and management reporting.
