Job summary
Lingaro is seeking a Lead Business Analyst Consultant to drive procurement analytics initiatives from India, remote. You will gather requirements from procurement leaders, translate them into Power BI dashboard specifications, and collaborate with IT, finance, and data owners to deliver an end‑to‑end BI solution.
Responsibilities include guiding RAID/Decision logs, stakeholder communications, and supporting UAT and training materials.
Qualifications
- IT Business Analyst with 5+ years experience, at least 1 year in a lead role
- Proven BRD and functional specs delivery for BI dashboards
- Strong communication across multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and UAT facilitation
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive process improvements for procurement clients
- Gather, analyze, and define current processes with stakeholders
- Translate requirements into detailed BI dashboard specs and data models
- Support Project Manager with scope, estimates, and milestones
- Track issues via RAID/Decision Logs and report risks
- Communicate plans and risks clearly across governance forums
- Support deployment activities including UAT and training material
