Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate purchase orders.
• Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments and track arrivals.
• Interact with suppliers to obtain pricing and specifications.
• Maintain detailed purchase records for budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with import-related activities and liaise with brokers.
• Provide general office support and maintain SOP adherence.
