Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Honolulu is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Clerk to handle data maintenance, procurement, and clerical tasks. The role requires accurate data entry, attention to detail, and strong organizational and customer service skills.

You will coordinate shipments, process purchasing documents, and support Accounts Payable in resolving invoice discrepancies, while collaborating with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in clerical, administrative, procurement, supply chain, or customer service preferred.
• SAP or other ERP system experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update material, vendor, and master data records in SAP.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with vendors, warehouses, freight carriers, and internal departments.
• Respond to order status inquiries and follow up on deliveries, pricing, and urgent requests.
• Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies with vendors and Accounts Payable.
• Process requisitions, receiving reports, and Service Entry Sheets.
• Perform data entry, record-keeping, report preparation, and general clerical support.
• Maintain office supplies, department files, and bulletin boards.
• Provide backup support for other clerical staff and perform related duties as assigned.
