Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a strategic Procurement PMO Manager to drive North America procurement transformation, reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, NA. The role leads cost optimisation, supplier performance, working capital improvement, and digital transformation across the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and value creation methodologies.
• Experience in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of strategic procurement initiatives across North America including cost savings and supplier rationalisation.
• Establish governance frameworks for visibility and execution discipline.
• Partner with senior leaders to align procurement initiatives with business objectives.
• Serve as advisor on prioritisation, resources, risk, and strategy.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure savings and working capital improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing, supplier management, and contract compliance.
