Moody's Corporation is seeking a Senior Procurement Leader to drive enterprise purchasing strategy, automation, and digital transformation across the purchasing lifecycle. You will lead global cross-functional teams, align with Finance, HR, Legal, and Technology, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and supplier experience.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled procurement, data-driven decision making, and scale across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in procurement operations, purchasing, P2P, and global programs across complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise purchasing strategy and transformation across the lifecycle
• Drive procurement channel strategies and automation to improve self-service and adoption
• Champion enterprise procurement transformation with an operating model that accelerates digital capabilities
• Support global programs for corporate card, travel, contingency workforce, and third-party labor
• Embed AI, automation, and data-driven decision making across procurement operations
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk to improve processes and controls
