QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement PMO to lead our procurement transformation, drive risk management, change initiatives, and continuous improvement across departments. You will mentor a team, partner with Accounting, Third Party Risk Management, and Legal, and navigate ambiguity to support global growth.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, governance, and data‑driven decision making while building talent and leadership within the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/SCM field; advanced certs are a plus.
• 7+ years in procurement or PMO with risk/compliance focus.
• Strong procurement processes, risk management, and audit knowledge.
• Excellent project management across multiple projects.
• Effective cross‑dept collaboration and communication.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytics and problem solving.
• Proficient in project management software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance for risk management; benchmark and report trends.
• Lead organization‑wide change management and track impact for executives.
• Roadmap for long‑term procurement process optimization and scalability.
• Oversee procurement project portfolio and prioritize initiatives.
• Build partnerships with shared services at leadership level; align across departments.
• Drive a data‑driven culture with analytics tools and training.
• Monitor risk practices to align with industry standards.
