QTS Data Centers in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement PMO to lead transformation of our procurement function. The role oversees governance, risk management, change initiatives, and training, partnering with Accounting, Third Party Risk Management, and Legal, while guiding a team through ambiguity and scale.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in procurement or project management, strong PM skills, and a track record of process improvement in a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement or project management experience with focus on risk management and compliance.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, risk management principles, and audit practices.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance structures for risk management practices and report trends to senior leaders.
• Champion change management and oversee procurement process improvements with executive alignment.
• Develop a roadmap for long-term process optimization within Procurement.
• Oversee the portfolio of Procurement projects and ensure strategic alignment.
• Build partnerships with shared service departments and drive cross-department alignment.
