A digital streaming network in San Francisco seeks a Financial Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, from requisitions to invoices. You will be the primary contact for vendor onboarding and issue resolution, working across ERP modules, a vendor management system, tickets, Slack, and email.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in financial operations or procurement, a finance-related degree, and comfort with ERP and vendor onboarding workflows.

Formación

• 1–3 years in financial operations, procurement or accounts payable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Hands-on ERP Procurement and Payables experience required.
• Experience with purchase requisitions, PO creation/amendments, and invoice matching.
• Familiar with vendor management systems (Graphite or comparable).
• Comfortable with ERP, ticketing, Slack and email daily.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in invoice/PO reconciliation.
• Experience in high-volume or multi-entity procurement preferred.
• Vendor onboarding/compliance workflows and GL budgeting familiarity preferred.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and create purchase orders; support end-to-end procure-to-pay.
• Manage requisitions, PO creation/amendments, and invoice matching.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor onboarding and issue resolution.
• Collaborate across ERP procurement/payables, VMS, ticketing, Slack, and email.
• Use Excel to track open requisitions and tickets under deadlines.
