GoCardless Ltd, a Mollie company, is seeking a proactive procurement-focused individual to manage the P2P workflow and Coupa operations. You will onboard suppliers, schedule P2P activities, and maintain accurate records while collaborating closely with internal partners and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage department's day-to-day P2P workflow from supplier onboarding to scheduling and record keeping.
• Provide P2P Coupa process and system operational support and training using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, procurement business users, and accounts payable to ensure user effectiveness and success.
• Deliver monthly reporting requirements for the function.
• Maintain P2P Coupa demos, training materials and Quick Start Guides; support strategic admin activities.
• Support change management for new countries/users/initiatives and process/template changes.
