Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking a Purchasing and Logistics support specialist to assist the E-Procurement Helpdesk and P-Card operations. This role focuses on reports, system troubleshooting, and user training within a full-time schedule.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM workweek with potential part-time telework under the State Telework Program and competitive state benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and at least one year of related experience.
• Experience with procurement processes, e-procurement, and reporting is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot procurement systems and provide training to users.

Responsibilities

• Generate E-Procurement reports.
• Troubleshoot E-Procurement system issues and escalate as needed.
• Administer E-Procurement security and provide user training.
• Handle P-Card helpdesk inquiries and user accounts.
