Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, contract administration, vendor onboarding, or business operations in a large enterprise.
• Experience supporting organizations with 50,000+ employees.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, renewals, invoicing, budgeting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for software, hardware, SaaS platforms, consulting services, and support agreements.
• Coordinate new vendor onboarding and supplier qualification requirements.
• Facilitate contract execution and purchase approvals with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders.
• Track vendor performance, contract milestones, and renewal schedules.
• Maintain and administer the business unit budget tracker and financial reporting.
