Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Procurement Analyst for the United States (California - El Segundo). This contract role supports sourcing, price analysis, and supplier collaboration to secure best value for materials and services.

Responsibilities include evaluating data, negotiating terms, managing supplier relationships, tracking delivery, and maintaining records to ensure timely purchases and compliant procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Sources and purchases machinery, equipment, tools, raw materials, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies for operation.
• Compiles and analyzes data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives.
• Confers with suppliers and analyzes supplier operations to determine factors affecting prices and to find lowest cost with quality and reliability.
• Reviews proposals, negotiates prices, selects/recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up orders, verifies delivery, and maintains records.

• Sources and purchases machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization.
