Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Manager of Procurement Operations to build and lead a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing. The role focuses on creating a streamlined, controlled purchasing function across the organization and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and governance.

You will lead a team, design standardized processes, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to drive adoption of best practices and procurement analytics, enabling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance, or operations.
• At least four years in procurement/purchasing ops, with one year of people leadership.
• Experience interpreting vendor agreements and translating requirements into transactions.
• Experience analyzing procurement data and producing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing.
• Coach and develop the procurement operations team.
• Design standardized procurement processes and approvals.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing to align with vendor agreements.
• Develop guided buying practices with preferred vendors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve purchasing challenges.
• Lead procurement transformation and change management.
• Develop procurement metrics and analytics for visibility.
• Serve as primary contact for procurement operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
