Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a procurement operations professional embedded with manufacturing and quality teams to translate sourcing strategy into on-the-ground execution. You will leverage IL6S/Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement, align with CFR, Attainment, and GE, and ensure regulatory compliance across all in-scope processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related field (required). MBA or equivalent (preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
• IL6S Practitioner certification or equivalent (preferred).
• CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations (FMCG/CPG preferred).
• GMP knowledge and manufacturing/quality environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on procurement processes through sourcing, compliance, and vendor management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead problem solving for supply and service issues using Lean Six Sigma and IL6S to drive root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) projects across bakeries and project teams to keep initiatives on track.
• Align procurement activities with manufacturing priorities to improve CFR, Attainment, and Global Efficiency (GE).
• Drive local implementation of regional/global projects, ensuring on-time delivery of services, productivity targets, and cash initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to align procurement with overall business goals.
• Act as single point of contact for interactions between business units, spend areas, and project teams.
