Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a procurement operations leader embedded in the business to execute sourcing, compliance, and vendor management across plants. You will drive continuous improvement using IL6S/Lean Six Sigma and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and commercial teams to meet performance targets.

You will lead projects, support CFR, Attainment and GE improvements, and ensure on-time delivery of procurement commitments while working across geographies and time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• IL6S Practitioner or equivalent improvement credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver procurement processes including sourcing, compliance, and vendor management; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead root-cause analysis using Lean Six Sigma to resolve supply and service issues.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Planning projects; connect bakeries with project teams.
• Support CFR, Attainment, and GE improvements by aligning procurement with manufacturing priorities.
• Drive regional/global project implementation and ensure timely delivery of service commitments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Serve as single point of contact between business units and project teams.
