Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the parent of Experis, seeks a Procurement Business Specialist to drive execution and continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, analytics, and operational support. You will liaise between Procurement, Nestlé Business Services (NBS), and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions across multiple categories.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven project leadership, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Availability for travel and the ability to work beyond the regular scheduled hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement process optimization across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.
• Lead governance, compliance, and standardization efforts while delivering scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support performance management and decision-making.
• Partner with Procurement, NBS, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, standardization, and compliance improvements.
