Qualifications

• Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Availability for travel and the ability to work beyond the regular scheduled hours when needed.

• Drive procurement process optimization across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.
• Lead governance, compliance, and standardization efforts while delivering scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support performance management and decision-making.
• Partner with Procurement, NBS, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, standardization, and compliance improvements.

Our client, a leading organization in procurement and supply chain operations, is seeking a Procurement Business Specialist to join their team. As a Procurement Business Specialist, you will be part of the Procurement organization supporting cross-functional teams and Nestlé Business Services (NBS). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to lead projects and drive process improvements, and strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Drive the execution, continuous improvement, and optimization of Procurement business processes, systems, analytics, and operational support services that enable the NHS/HCN Procurement organization. Serve as a key liaison between Procurement, Nestlé Business Services (NBS), and cross-functional business partners to identify improvement opportunities, resolve business challenges, and implement scalable solutions. Lead process optimization initiatives, support governance and compliance efforts, and drive business process standardization across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement (S&IM, PFME and CAPEX), Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations. Partner with Procurement, NBS, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, standardization, and compliance improvements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights to support performance management and decision-making, including stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption.

Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives. Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles when executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot. Availability for travel and the ability to work beyond the regular scheduled hours when needed.
