Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and work with new systems, processes, technologies, and applications.
• Internship, academic, or project experience related to business operations, procurement, logistics, financial management, analytics, or process improvement preferred.
• Experience with business systems, reporting tools, or enterprise applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement operations and resolve process-related issues for efficient Source-to-Pay execution.
• Assist with procurement systems administration, data management, and user support activities.
• Supervise procurement data quality and controls to promote accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide insights for decision-making.
• Participate in projects to improve procurement methods, systems, and user experience.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and service providers to address operational needs.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for users and consistency.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities and strengthen controls.
