Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for participating districts and staff.
  • Administer eligibility, payment, and service requirements per laws and policies.
  • Review documents: applications, loan docs, invoices, and records.
  • Oversee procurement activities per Oklahoma rules and DAC policies.
  • Process program payments and manage schedules and reimbursements.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, forms, and tracking systems.
