Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Project Manager in Raleigh-Durham, NC to lead construction projects from start to finish, coordinating project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will manage budgets and schedules, address risks, and communicate status to stakeholders while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with DPR safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and facilitating growth.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, coordinating with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and safety.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; reviews documentation for compliance and performance.
