About The Opportunity

The Wonder Operations team is looking for an experienced Forecast Planner to own strategic and cross-functional initiatives that support the growth of our business. In this role you will use analytical, technical, program management, strategic and operations management skills to proactively identify risks to in-stock, waste, and event performance and rapidly coordinate corrective actions. This role will involve supporting continuous improvement within Supply Chain technology systems, mid/long-term strategic network design, and managing daily tactical operations of our network to drive a superior Customer Experience.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Build visibility into and establish monitoring for the health and performance of Wonder's end-to-end planning systems
  • Manage complex supply chain problems by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify simple, customer-centric solutions
  • Identify sources of exogenous demand and implement forecasting and planning adjustments to account for them
  • Understand constrained environments and proactively mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues through proper channels
  • Run daily diagnostics on several forecasting performance metrics to identify breaches and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver industry leading results in four core areas: Service Levels, Instock, Waste, and Supplier Performance
  • Initiate new ideas, create metrics, problem solve using data, and implement strategic solutions with far-reaching influence
  • Support buying teams by providing stable long-term plans so we can better partner with vendors to ensure best-in-class customer experience
  • Provide input to Operations Product in the design and development of key Supply Chain systems and technology platforms
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive standard work, alignment, and productivity optimization
What You Bring to the Table

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Supply Chain Operations within the DTC/eCommerce or Fresh/Food Industry, with demonstrated success in both analytically intensive and operationally heavy roles. Success in this role requires the ability to pull, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data while remaining agile enough to support real-time decision-making as planning challenges arise. A strong candidate excels at synthesizing multiple complex data inputs to refine forecast models, translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional partners, and staying highly organized to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • 3+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning, and/or Vendor Management
  • 2+ years of working with and measuring forecast performance, preferably across multiple nodes of a supply chain
  • 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience
  • 2+ years of experience defining project requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel , and BI tool (preferably Looker) proficiency is required
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a quantitatively rigorous course of study (not required though high mathematical aptitude is crucial to succeed in the interview process)

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.
