Job summary

Wonderfield Distribution is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the full purchasing lifecycle, forecast demand, and guide supplier performance improvements. The role partners with AFCFC, JFE, and Bento to align forecasts with purchasing needs and drive cost efficiency, quality enhancements, and inventory optimization.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in food service operations with 3+ years in management, strong analytics, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in food service operations.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience with custom import processes (food industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full purchasing lifecycle, including supplier selection and PO management.
• Forecast demand and analyze usage trends to support growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and evaluate supplier performance.
• Lead sourcing projects to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier records and report findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with Wonderfield group companies to align forecasting with purchasing needs.
• Support operational planning with Production, Warehouse, and Business Partnership teams.
• Assist in process improvements related to procurement and inventory optimization.
