Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, transportation, logistics, supplier management, or related supply chain functions.
• Experience within eCommerce, parcel, last-mile delivery, fulfillment, or tech-enabled logistics environments.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to grow Maersk's eCommerce and Last Mile portfolio.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, and relationship management for key service categories.
• Conduct commercial negotiations for transportation rates, service agreements, and SOUs.
• Build Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), should-cost models, and business cases to support decisions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop competitive, scalable, customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Establish supplier performance metrics, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and digital tools to improve procurement effectiveness and supplier performance.
