Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Procurement Manager, eCommerce Last Mile, to shape sourcing and supplier relationships across transportation, fulfillment, and final-mile delivery. You will work with Product Management, Operations, Commercial, Pricing, Finance, and Legal to build a scalable supplier network and drive profitable growth in Maersk's eCommerce portfolio.

You will lead negotiations, develop TCO models, and implement governance while leveraging analytics and digital tools to enhance procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
5+ years in procurement, transportation, logistics, or supplier management.
Experience in eCommerce, parcel, last-mile delivery, or tech-enabled logistics.
Strong skills in strategic sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
Proven financial and analytical capability with business-case development.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to grow Maersk's eCommerce and Last Mile portfolio.
Lead supplier identification, onboarding, and relationship management across service categories.
Negotiate transportation rates, service agreements, and statements of work.
Create TCO models and business cases to support sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams.
Establish supplier performance metrics and governance, driving continuous improvement.
Utilize analytics, automation, and digital tools to improve procurement effectiveness.
