The Ladders is seeking a Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing to lead procurement and supplier management in Aerospace & Defense environments. This remote US-based role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to keep schedules, resolve issues, and drive action closure while traveling domestically as needed.

Responsibilities include developing supplier execution schedules, communicating status, and steering material/technical challenges from a manufacturing perspective.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or 5+ years with an advanced degree
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility for export authorizations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in supplier performance management and procurement
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR requirements

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead sourcing and supplier management activities that support execution across complex manufacturing and supply chain environments. The manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to keep schedules on track, resolve material and technical challenges, and drive timely closure of open actions. This position is remote and includes domestic travel as needed to support business priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 - $204,500 annually
