ManpowerGroup in Tampa, FL is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead national procurement initiatives and manage sourcing activities across MRO, fleet, direct materials, and contract labor services.

You will collaborate with Sales, Services, and legal teams to negotiate contracts, streamline purchasing policies, drive cost reductions, and improve supplier performance through data-driven analyses and strategic alliances.

Formación

• Three years of Procurement/Sourcing experience.
• Prior experience with SAP.
• Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and quality systems, including supplier commodity processes and practices.
• Direct and indirect material sourcing and contract negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated experience driving cost reduction and other savings initiatives, with prior supply chain management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Sales and Services teams on national procurement alliances and ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Provide bid analysis to support contract negotiations, assist in developing RFPs, and help negotiate contract terms and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing policies and procedures while managing direct and indirect sourcing activities across categories such as MRO, Fleet, contract labor services, and direct materials.
• Analyze current and potential suppliers, develop strategic supplier alliances, and support initiatives that improve pricing competitiveness, flexible lead times, and quality standards.
• Work with legal counsel to ensure commercial agreements include the necessary legal terms and conditions, while maintaining cost reduction programs across purchasing activity.

What's the Job?
