Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is recruiting a Procurement Manager for an onsite La Porte, IN role. You will lead sourcing for data center EPC projects, engage stakeholders, and drive category strategies to meet budgeting and schedule objectives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in procurement, strong analytics, and experience with Power BI. This is a full-time onsite position offering growth within the ManpowerGroup family.

Our client, Data Center construction EPC is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be part of the Finance, Accounting and Procurement department supporting sourcing and procurement for project needs. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder communication, analytical decision-making, and deep procurement expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and define and implement category strategy, plans, and processes for sourcing goods and services. t
• Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices, translating business drivers into actionable sourcing decisions. t
• Lead key sourcing activities for business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to budgeting with appropriate risk management. t
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers while identifying and qualifying potential new partners. t
• Monitor compliance with the sourcing process and provide procurement guidance across each stage, including building sourcing pipelines and category/sub-category strategy.
