Job summary

Morph Enterprise in Nashville seeks a seasoned procurement professional to lead and support grant and contract activities across divisions. You will develop solicitation strategies, evaluate bids, and advise program staff on the best procurement methods to meet agency goals.

Responsibilities include representing the department to internal and external stakeholders, and providing strategic consultation to determine proper procurement approaches and execution strategies for RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5–10 years of business, procurement, and/or contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

• Develops and assists divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information
• Possesses and demonstrates strong knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for multiple solicitation methods including Request for Proposal, Request for Qualification, and Request for Information.
• Regularly represents the Department and the division of Grants and Contracts while speaking with internal and external stakeholders
• Provides strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine the proper methods of procurement as well as strategy development and execution of procurement activities

Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years of business, procurement, and/or contract management experience
