Job summary

Augmentis Group is recruiting a procurement professional to support two major procurement teams in Northwest Connecticut. You will help execute strategies to secure supply, reduce costs, and optimize processes while ensuring compliance and value. Relocation is covered, with 30–60 days of remote onboarding available to ease the transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQ/RFPs based on Plant requirements.
• Review quotations and perform cost analyses for best value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times aligned with Plant goals.
• Place and manage purchase orders to support production and inventory.
• Coordinate with Receiving and other departments to resolve issues.
• Onboard new suppliers and new item setups.
• Ensure procurement procedures meet quality and audit standards.
