Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, New Product Development Supply Chain Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and supplier engagement for biosense and related product development. You will partner with value stream leaders, manage multi-project initiatives, and optimize supplier relationships across regions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in procurement or supply chain, and strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

At least six years of relevant professional work experience in procurement or supply chain.
Experience in Medical Devices or related industry is required or desired.
Strong negotiation and cost-management skills with proven sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to lead complex programs and engage leadership at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with Value Stream Leaders to define sourcing strategy and improve supply reliability.
Lead Make vs. Buy analyses, supplier selection, and category spend management.
Coordinate negotiations and hand off contracts to base sourcing teams.
Drive multiple strategic sourcing initiatives across geographies and products.
Communicate business issues or opportunities to senior management.
Support due diligence and transaction support for business development activities.
Advance supplier innovation and early engagement in product development.
