Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, project coordination/management.
• Strong understanding of schedule management and cross‑department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule adherence for DDG51 Class Standard Equipment (CSE) changes and manage updates and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Program Office, the Navy, and Suppliers to progress changes on schedule.
• Maintain documentation including process guides, vendor records, change status logs, and contract materials.
• Track and elevate schedule risks and delays to leadership to prevent disruption.
• Serve as central contact for change status and procedural guidance.
• Assist buyers by facilitating communication and gathering details from other departments.
