Responsibilities

• Develop purchasing strategies for projects and proposals using category management and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Project Procurement Managers and Category Leaders for sourcing and award strategies.
• Partner with engineers to optimize requirements, bidder lists, and cost-effective material packaging.
• Lead or support negotiations including cross-project leverage opportunities.
• Oversee supplier qualification, performance, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance, approvals, and records.
