BridgeNet Solutions, a PSA Group member, seeks a Procurement Lead to drive transportation procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives within the 4PL program. You will lead RFP/RFI events, develop rate benchmarks, and support direct carrier contracting to achieve cost reductions on key lanes.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to finalize terms, design routing guides, and monitor monthly savings realization while expanding direct contracting across lanes and vendors.

The Procurement Lead is a specialized resource supporting the BridgeNet 4PL program on transportation procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives, engaged to lead or support freight procurement events as they arise across the program’s identified opportunities. This role brings expertise in carrier RFP/RFI management, rate benchmarking, negotiation support, and contract execution, with a focus on delivering direct cost savings through structured procurement strategy. The Procurement Lead works closely with the Supply Chain Engineering team and Client Logistics and Procurement stakeholders to unbundle freight from supplier pricing, establish direct carrier contracts, and build routing guide compliance frameworks that deliver cost reductions targets on specific lanes.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Years of Experience: 7–10 years in transportation procurement, freight sourcing, or logistics commercial management with demonstrated experience leading carrier RFP/RFI events and rate negotiations.
Travel Required: Yes — up to 20%.
