The Solution Consultant brings deep supply chain and technology expertise to inform, validate, and build out solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value across the 4PL program. This role leads solution design workgroups, develops process maps, defines KPIs and SLAs, and creates operational routines and SOPs that enable the Control Tower team to execute effectively. The Solution Consultant plays a critical bridge role between strategic program design and day-to-day operational reality, ensuring that every solution deployed is not only technically sound but operationally sustainable. Candidates must bring a combination of supply chain domain depth, structured analytical thinking, and clear communication skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
Years Of Experience
5–8 years in supply chain consulting, logistics operations, or business analysis roles with a focus on process design and technology implementation. Experience preferred in supply chain management or warehouse management.
