Qualifications

• Prepare pretrial briefs, motions, pleadings, and responses with minimal supervision.
• Provide legal advice on regulations and interpret federal, state, and local laws.
• Litigate before administrative bodies and federal courts.
• Communicate effectively; negotiate; prepare legal documents and presentations.
• Conduct legal research using internal/external docs, archives, databases, and interviews.
• Minimum 3 years advising on contract disputes or commercial litigation; clerkship counts.
• Knowledge of laws governing federal government contracts.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• Current bar membership in good standing (US state/territory/DC/PR).
• At least 3 years legal practice; clerkship may count toward experience.
