Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active bar membership in good standing in a US state or DC is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative or judicial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Draft litigation reports, pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
• Interview witnesses and prepare them for hearings; assist with hearings.
• Take and defend witness depositions; assist with e-discovery.
• Support conferences and hearings before administrative judges.
