Qualifications

• Experience in government or public-sector contracting, procurement, or commercial transactions

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of procurement-related agreements
• Support RFIs/RFPs and other competitive procurement processes with extended timelines
• Advise on food services, facilities, and related operational contracts
• Support expansion of nonprofit vendor programs and vendor compliance
• Manage and negotiate a growing portfolio of program-related contracts
• Coordinate with external legal stakeholders and track large transportation contract portfolios
• Assist with contract extensions, emergency procurements, and approvals
