Job summary

PS is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage inventory processes and support procurement systems. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Brand Management and Hospitality, manage vendor shipments, and assist in developing procurement processes while upholding accuracy and efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Driver's license is required.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, and inventory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must be available for 24-hour facility operations, including weekends and shifts.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Move and restock physical inventory up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure compliance with codes.
• Receive shipments and communicate with vendors.
• Record expiration dates for inventory items.
• Support inventory counts across departments.
• Coordinate inventory levels with Brand Management and Hospitality.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain online inventory systems.
