Job summary

PS is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to efficiently manage inventory processes and support procurement operations. The role emphasizes accurate handling of stock, vendor communication, and data entry to keep supply levels aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Move physical inventory up to 50+ lbs and restock storage areas.
• Receive and verify vendor shipments; communicate with vendors.
• Record expirations and upload inventory data accurately.
• Conduct inventory counts across departments and maintain counts.
• Coordinate inventory with Brand Management and Hospitality teams.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain online inventory systems.
• Assist Procurement Supervisor in improving procurement processes.
• Create and place purchase orders; coordinate with Finance.
