Zusammenfassung

Aspen One is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support sourcing for both ski resort and hotel divisions. You will manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and inventory, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. Reports to Senior Director of Procurement and works within Coupa.

The role pays hourly between $24.50 and $29.00, with actual pay depending on budget and experience. Applications accepted until Oct 19, 2026.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of purchasing or hospitality operations experience.
• 1+ years of Coupas usage preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders per policies.
• Coordinate with resort and hotel leaders to identify needs and timelines.
• Communicate with vendors for quotes, pricing, and shipments.
• Maintain purchasing records and data entry in procurement systems.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
