Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing for the ski resort and hotel divisions. You will manage purchase orders, vendor communication, and inventory to keep departments stocked and efficient.

Collaborate with departments across mountain operations and hospitality, maintaining high service standards while coordinating purchasing workflows and supporting forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality preferred.
• 1-2 years of purchasing, inventory management, administrative support, or hospitality operations experience.
• Experience working in resort, hotel, or multi-department operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders per policy and budget guidelines.
• Coordinate with resort and hotel leaders to identify purchasing needs and timelines.
• Communicate with vendors for quotes, pricing confirmation, tracking shipments, and delivery issues.
