Job summary

PreGel America is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and inventory activities through accurate record keeping and reporting. The role focuses on administrative and technical tasks to ensure timely supply of materials.

You will handle purchase order requisitions, maintain spreadsheets, monitor inventory of accessory products, and keep SOP binders up to date, reporting to the Procurement Manager and performing other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative Support for the Procurement Department.
• Create, Prepare and Submit Purchase Order Requisitions.
• Create, Update and Maintain Departmental Spreadsheets.
• Maintain Monthly Reports.
• Maintain Inventory of Companies Accessory Products.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures Binder.
• Other Duties as Required by the Procurement Manager.
